The CatDogs is an American rock band, formed near Frederick, MD in 2010. It was founded by bassist Darin Cline as a one man project following the dissolution of previous bands. Cline recruited drummer Scott Wiles as a member. After the quick departure of Wiles, Guitarist Kevin Stansberry, guitarist Mike Naylor, and drummer Travis Plumer joined the band. Naylor departed shortly after and Plumer had to leave due to severe weather events. Drummer Randy Painter joined shortly after Plumer left. The trio recorded their first release “Street” in 2015. Cline then left the Maryland scene and met drummer Eric Perry and guitarist Gary Oaks. This new lineup recorded and released “Wait” in 2020.
